We currently have 3 open positions requiring the same skill set. Join us as we contribute to this significant transition in the energy sector About The Team & The Position Energy Markets & Corporate Digital Systems Department report the various business applications for internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the manager – Enterprise Systems, the Applications Developer contributes to design, development of, and support of, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that meet business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals . Responsibilities Design, develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools. Build custom Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards tailored to business needs. Customize Dynamics 365 to enhance features and integrate with other application. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Ensure high availability and reliability of deployed applications. Monitor system performance and update as needed. Support and enforce Power Platform governance. Ensure solutions comply cybersecurity policies and best practices. Engage stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Work closely with IT teams, third‑party vendors, and end‑users. Develop user guides, technical docs, and training material. Keep up to date on new features and innovations within Microsoft ecosystem. Explore integration of new features and emerging tech. Requirements Proven experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Understanding integration methods and tools, including API. Strong database design and skill on agile environments. Desirable Experience And Knowledge Familiar with Azure API development and integration. Proficiency in C# for Microsoft ecosystem. Familiar with Azure cloud services. Experience with CI / DevOps practices. Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure coding. Previous exposure to SharePoint, HRIS and financial systems.
