We are seeking an experienced CHPP Maintenance Planner to join our team at a leading coal operation in the Bowen Basin. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP) through effective maintenance planning and scheduling. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain short-term and long-term maintenance plans for CHPP assets. Coordinate planned maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize plant availability. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental requirements. Liaise with operations, maintenance teams, and contractors to align priorities and resources. Manage work orders, materials, and procurement to support scheduled maintenance. Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. About You Previous experience in maintenance planning within a CHPP or similar heavy industry environment. Strong understanding of coal processing equipment and maintenance strategies. Proficiency in CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Pulse) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
