The Role . As a Sales Consultant , you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey, leveraging your deep understanding of the education industry and ACHW’s degree programs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to help individuals make informed decisions regarding their learning pathways. This role is ideal for a self‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced target‑oriented environment. You’ll manage your own pipeline of generated leads, contacting, nurturing, and converting them into successful enrollments. By applying proven business development expertise and consultative sales approach, you’ll contribute to individual and team success within ACHW’s dynamic sales cohort. What You’ll Do . Advising prospective students on course options and career outcomes. Making outbound calls from ACHW‑generated leads to engage with potential students. Answer inbound calls professionally and promptly when required, processing sales/bookings. Help mapping student career pathways and suggest the best program for their objectives. Managing student data and applications via Salesforce (CRM system). Organising and conducting telephone meetings with prospective students, gauging their eligibility and program suitability. CRM experience useful – Salesforce particular. Wellness, health science or cosmetic background Preferred but not required. At least 2 years of outbound/inbound sales experience.
