Treasury Analyst, Office of Social Impact Queensland Treasury invites applications for its inaugural Treasury Analyst role in the Office of Social Impact. You will help grow a thriving for‑purpose sector, positively impact vulnerable Queenslanders, and support pioneering social impact initiatives. Responsibilities Support program management and policy functions to achieve the Office of Social Impact's strategic objectives. Conduct research and analysis to deliver initiatives within the Social Enterprise and Impact Investing Roadmap. Assist with evaluation, performance monitoring, and economic analysis related to program delivery. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to navigate complex issues and achieve outcomes. Provide strategic, practical, and solutions‑focused advice to support program and policy objectives. Embrace innovation and evidence‑based practices to improve policies and programs. Qualifications & Experience Strong teamwork skills with a proactive, outcome‑driven mindset. Strategic problem‑solving abilities and practicality in advice provision. Excellent written and verbal communication with strong judgment. Capacity to gather insights and innovate to inform better practices and future strategies. Adaptability to dynamic tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications, relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
