HVAC Project Supervisor – Cairns

Reporting to the Service Manager – Cairns and based in Cairns , the Service Projects Supervisor will play a vital role in managing and leading Service Projects in the Cairns region to achieve optimum profitability while providing certainty to our customers, employees and sub‑contractors. Service Projects Supervisor Complete projects on time and within budget, maximizing variations. Provide monthly cost estimates, cash flow, and progress claims. Assess risks, manage costs, and optimize project outcomes. Review contracts, manage suppliers, and ensure compliance. Assist with tenders, evaluate specifications, and follow up on pricing. Identify risks, resolve issues, and support project success. Oversee daily activities, site operations, and work schedules. AirCon & Refrigeration Technician – Darwin Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based in Winnellie Darwin, you will be responsible for performing hands‑on complex maintenance on all HVAC systems and working on various ongoing and upcoming jobs in the NT region. Further incentives may also be available for additional work outside Darwin, servicing contracts in regional NT. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Provide technical support as needed Conduct detailed inspections of buildings/sites Plan maintenance and repair work as required Diagnose and rectify faults in HVAC, electrical or control systems Install refrigerant pipe work, flow controls and accessories Develop strong relationships with customers BMS Service Technician (Sydney & Brisbane) Positions available in both Sydney and Brisbane , the BMS Service Technician will be responsible for performing BMS service maintenance on multiple different platforms while utilising reports from the VAE Bureau to ensure the service maintenance delivers a targeted outcome for the customer.
