Senior Cyber and Digital Risk Analyst – Sydney, NSW Helia, Australia's first lenders mortgage insurance provider, is re‑inventing itself to accelerate financial wellbeing. We’re looking for a Senior Cyber and Digital Risk Analyst to support our Technology and Operations risk owners, drive audits, and manage risk and controls across the organization. Responsibilities Work with line 1 risk owners to identify emerging risks and controls, review existing risks, and update them in Readinow. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non‑technical content. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance of internal and external audits and assurance activities. Serve as key point of contact between 2nd line risk & compliance, internal audit, and external auditors for Technology and Operations. Perform independent deep‑dives into business controls, participate in governance forums, and serve on safety teams. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across Helia including line 1 risk owners, Agile squads, line 2 teams, technology teams, and audit. Contribute to risk mitigation and incident response planning, including business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR). Qualifications Strong communication skills with logical, detail‑oriented approach. Minimum 5 years of experience in an audit or assurance role. Knowledge of technology and risk industry standards and frameworks (e.g. CPS220, COBIT, ITIL). Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with SCRUM or SAFE. Self‑motivated.
