Business Development & Onboarding Manager Join one of North Queensland’s most trusted short-term rental brands. At The Boutique Collection, we specialise in managing an exclusive portfolio of holiday homes across Cairns, Palm Cove, and Port Douglas. Known for our high standards in service, presentation, and performance, we offer tailored property management solutions to both homeowners and guests. We’re currently on the lookout for an initiative-driven and relationship-focused Business Development & Onboarding Manager to join our growing North Queensland team. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be responsible for converting potential management leads into new clients while identifying fresh business opportunities across our region. At the same time, you’ll guide property owners through the onboarding journey, helping them understand our process, building confidence in our services, and unlocking the full potential of their holiday homes. Your key responsibilities will include: Promoting our brand through social media, local networking, and community engagement Driving new business across the Cairns to Port Douglas region Meet with leads interested in our management services and successfully convert them into new clients. Building lasting relationships with potential clients and understanding their goals Creating and delivering tailored service proposals and presentations Negotiating agreements and managing the onboarding process from start to finish Working closely with our local office, marketing, operations, and guest experience teams to ensure smooth property launches Staying on top of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy Contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team where support and innovation go hand in hand About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in business development, real estate, hospitality, or property management A confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once A true team player who enjoys supporting others and being supported Passionate about customer service and creating long-term relationships In possession of a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle Is working towards or holding the relevant real estate qualifications.
