Our current and projected Work in Hand for 2025 and beyond has created the opportunity for Electrical Leading Hand to join our team. Our construction and maintenance teams deliver projects in metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia. We are Agile This allows us to be light on our feet and progressive as we don’t get bogged down in bureaucracy. Our team are well known for delivering innovative, safe and industry leading projects, and maintenance on critical defence infrastructure. We are market leaders for turnkey projects in the following industries: materials handling, water infrastructure, defence, mining and Hydrocarbons. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have an experience in heavy industrial and maintenance would be advantageous, but not essential. A high regard for Safety and Quality is a must. The successful applicant will be someone who is driven, has pride in their work, and has excellent relationship building capabilities. This is a role predominantly based in the Adelaide metro area, but some rural works from time to time may be required. Requirements / Qualifications At least 3 years in a similar position Previous supervisory experience within the resource industry SA Electrical Licence Electrical Trade Qualification Sound communication skills A positive approach to safety Solution-focused, practical, functional problem solver Hazardous Area experience preferred but not essential High Voltage Switching preferred but not essential Ability to obtain a DCAC and MSIC Growth & Benefits We are growing At Verbrec, we empower change and create opportunities for you to develop a supercharged career pathway, whether it is a technical, or focused on the people.
