About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Supervisor / Junior Project Manager for our client, Willeton Office, to oversee residential plumbing renovation projects from end to end. This role blends hands‑on plumbing work with office‑based management, requiring you to be on the tools 2-3 days per week while also managing subcontractors, coordinating materials, engaging with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing works across renovations in both residential and commercial spaces. Supervise and provide technical guidance to apprentices and subcontractors on‑site. Ensure all plumbing works meet compliance, safety and quality standards. Oversee and run residential and small commercial renovation projects, including resource allocation and timelines. Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines. Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment and supplies. Prepare and track project budgets, quotes and variations. Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and managing expectations. Assist with workforce planning, including mentoring apprentices and supporting the plumbing team. Skills & Experience Trade qualification as a Licensed Plumber (essential). Proven experience in residential plumbing, including installations, repairs and maintenance. Previous experience in a supervisory or project‑management role (desirable). Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and client‑management skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans. Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proficient in MS Office and project‑management software (or willing to learn). Personal Attributes Hands‑on leader with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, reliable and client‑focused. Benefits $60,000 – $65,000 per annum, vehicle and super ($120k – $140k salary) Permanent full‑time Vehicle, phone and laptop provided. 9‑hour days, 9‑day fortnight.
