About the Role Are you passionate about food, culture, and consumer behaviour? Join our Own Brand Innovation team as a Trend Analyst and help shape the future of retail by turning insights into exciting product concepts. As a Trend Analyst, you’ll be the go‑to expert for identifying and interpreting emerging food, lifestyle, and retail trends. Your insights will inspire innovation and influence the development of products that delight our customers. You’ll also : Identify global and local consumer behaviours, competitor launches, and cultural shifts to uncover new opportunities. Drive innovation through translation of trends into actionable concepts and platforms, collaborating with product developers and brand teams. Collaborate creatively with chefs in our Own Brand kitchen and partner with events teams to validate ideas through tasting sessions and consumer feedback. Share knowledge as an internal trend expert, creating compelling presentations and contributing to innovation forums. About you and your skills You’re naturally curious, creative, and passionate about food and culture. You thrive on spotting emerging trends and translating them into actionable ideas. With strong analytical skills, you can interpret data and tell compelling stories that inspire others. You’re confident collaborating across teams, from chefs to brand managers, and you bring energy and fresh thinking to every project. Experience in consumer research, food trends, or innovation within retail or FMCG will set you up for success. You’ll also ideally have : Experience in consumer research, food trends, insights, or innovation (retail, FMCG, or agency background desirable) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data Excellent communication and storytelling skills to bring insights to life Creative, curious mindset with a passion for food and culture Proficiency with research tools, trend databases, and presentation design What’s in it for you?
