Your Responsibilities: Family Group Compliance – looking after the compliance needs of small and medium‑size family groups with varying sizes and structures. Business Advisory – offer value‑added advice on tax planning, capital gains tax, retirement planning, and general business matters. Client Communication – maintain regular client contact to meet their needs effectively. Mentoring and leadership – work with our team of cadets and graduates to assist in training and upskilling their professional development while building your own leadership skills. Our Requirements: Demonstrated experience handling complex client accounts. Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to provide clear written advice to clients. Familiarity with cloud‑based software. A strong work ethic and a passion for being part of a collaborative team.
