We’re looking for professional, customer-focused individuals with current RSA and RCG certifications who thrive in a fast-paced gaming environment. The role includes late-night and midnight closes, so reliability and flexibility are essential. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant: Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations What do we need from you About you: You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
