The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to high-quality teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire students through engaging and rigorous programs. Experience in Stage 6 Hospitality VET and/or Food Technology is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the strong academic culture and collaborative environment of the College Design and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students Integrate technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning outcomes Monitor, assess, and provide constructive feedback on student performance and development Use student data to inform and improve teaching practice Communicate regularly with students, colleagues, and parents regarding progress and support strategies Undertake additional duties as directed by the Head of College or their delegate Essential Skills and Attributes Demonstrated excellence in classroom practice and a passion for student learning Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivation, dedication, and enthusiasm for education A positive attitude and high level of emotional intelligence High expectations for student engagement and achievement Professional presentation and conduct Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment A willingness to actively support the Orthodox ethos and values of the College Qualifications and Requirements A relevant tertiary qualification. A teaching degree with a subject major is required for this position. A current and valid work rights in Australia.
