You will own the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle and deliver commercially robust outcomes that safeguard supply resilience and advance sustainability objectives. Responsibilities Set the direction for enterprise‑wide category strategies that shape how we source, spend, and deliverli> Lead high‑stakes sourcing and negotiations, securing long‑term agreements that strengthen our commercial position. Take charge of strategic contract management, keeping performance on track and risks firmly under control. Embed sustainability at the core of every decision while upholding strong governance and accountability. Stay ahead of the curve with forward‑looking insights on markets, demand trends, and regulatory shifts. Influence senior leaders and act as their go‑to advisor on procurement strategy and commercial outcomes. Lead and grow a small team, building capability, confidence, and a high‑performance culture. Champion smarter, faster, and more innovative ways of working across procurement. About You You are a strategic leader who thrives on complexity and drives meaningful change. Your experience includes leading strategic sourcing and contract management for mining or heavy industry, negotiating high‑value agreements, and embedding sustainability principles into procurement strategies.
