For more information on our school go to the following link – Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction, operational oversight and expert advice to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of learning, teaching and assessment programmes for both undergraduate and postgraduate coursework. Work closely with academic leaders, program directors and the teaching support team to drive innovation, ensure compliance and promote excellence in teaching support. Report to the School Manager (dotted line to Faculty Teaching Support Team Lead). No direct reports. Qualifications & Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in teaching administration or academic support within a tertiary environment. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing staff. Proven ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes within tight deadlines. Advanced communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience in data‑driven decision‑making. In‑depth knowledge of university policies, academic regulations and accreditation requirements. Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and professional development. High level of digital literacy, including experience with student management systems, learning management platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
