Key deliverables include client interactions, providing product information, managing and positively upholding our “Gold Standard” and business values. Function includes therapists and specialists who provide clients with professional and knowledgeable healthcare and customer service including screening, therapy product fitting, education & sales, ongoing therapy management etc. They are also work closely with sales team, build relationships with product Suppliers, Physicians, and other allied health professionals. Let’s talk about Responsibilities* ## The primary objective of Customer Service Support specialization within Retail Store Operations is to provide clients with professional and knowledgeable sleep support and customer service.* ## May be responsible for screening, product fitting and solutions identification, education and sales, and ongoing management.* ## Will provide exceptional customer service.* ## Drives effective relationships and communication within the team.* ## May liaise and build relationships with Sleep Physicians, General Physicians, Sleep laboratories and other allied health professionals to drive and maintain business.* ## Support roles consist of work in a: (1) clerical, administrative or specialized support tasks in an office or field setting (2) specialized technical tasks or skilled craft work (3) unskilled or semi-skilled operational tasks* ## Has completed vocational training or obtained equivalent experience.* ## Interacts internally to exchange information.* ## Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures.## ## Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Required: Preferred:* ## Minimum of 1 years of related experience.* ## Has broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day to day situations.* ## Will generally only require instructions on new assignments.Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
