About The Role We are looking for a practical, solutions‑focused Construction Supervisor to join our team as a Technical Account Manager , helping drive the adoption of Hebel, our innovative and sustainable building solution, across Western Australia. This hands‑on role involves being out on customer sites, working directly with installers, builders, and contractors. You will train teams on product installation, solve technical challenges on site, and help customers get the most out of Hebel. Your real‑world experience will influence building methodology and ensure our products are used effectively and safely. Key Responsibilities On‑Site Support & Training: Deliver hands‑on training to installers and contractors, ensuring correct installation and product use. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with builders and trades, offering practical advice and technical support. Site Visits & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards are met and support warranty documentation. Problem Solving: Be the go‑to person for resolving installation issues and providing real‑time solutions on site. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product enhancements and industry trends, especially in facade systems and sustainable building. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. About You Hold a current Building License or a recognized Construction Trade qualification. Hands‑on experience in building, facades, or construction. Comfortable working on site and solving practical challenges. Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset. Keen to share knowledge and train others.
