We are looking for an experienced store manager to lead our business in our Armani Outlet Store. Our ideal candidate is a career retailer with an extensive background in premium/luxury retail management, with a proven ability to achieve sales and service targets and demonstrated success in managing a team. You are looking for your next step and ready to join our prestigious luxury clothing brand. Responsibilities ensuring the achievement of counter sales targets in line with business objectives and KPIs. Role model an authentic client experience that motivates your team to actively pursue sales targets. Analyse and understand current market trends and identify new opportunities within the current market. Setting and driving individual and team objectives. Maintaining operational excellence on counter (including planning shifts, sales analysis and reporting, stock management and ordering, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and utilizing digital tools to maximize business and team performance). About you / Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a retail manager, preferably in a luxury/premium retail environment. Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and experience in POS systems.
