Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based education to nursing staff across multiple specialties. Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that support clinical excellence and continuous improvement. Contribute to quality initiatives, fostering best practice and innovation in patient care. You’ll work closely with Nurse Unit Managers and clinical teams to build capability, mentor staff, and promote a culture of lifelong learning. Qualifications Current AHPRA registration Minimum 4 years’ experience in cardiac nursing Graduate Certificate (equivalent or working towards) in cardiac nursing Strong teaching and presentation skills Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude toward learning and professional growth Advanced Life Support certification Experience in policy development Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or working towards What’s in it for you?
