Opportunity We are looking for a talented Senior Environmental Scientist or Planner who wants to fast‑track their career in an empowering environment. Under the direction of our Team Leaders and Principal staff, you will support the delivery of environmental projects with focus on statutory approval processes, impact assessments, and environmental compliance. A solid understanding of QLD and Commonwealth legislation is ideal. Responsibilities Project management of environmental projects Client liaison and communication Reporting and documentation Approval application preparation and management Data interpretation and analysis Fieldwork may be required from time to time Qualifications 5+ years experience in a similar role Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Planning/Management/Science/Engineering or related disciplines Demonstrated experience in statutory and environmental planning, environmental management, site management, compliance monitoring/reporting, and impact assessment Working knowledge of QLD and Commonwealth environmental legislation, policies, standards and guidelines Experience in construction and/or the resources sector is desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong client relationships and business development skills preferred Team player, self‑motivated, able to take ownership and accountability for documentation and projects EPIC PERKS No KPI’s – prioritising quality over quantity Fantastic culture Mentoring program Regular social events Birthday off Flexible working arrangements Salary sacrificing options Opportunities for growth Next Steps Please note we will only contact candidates selected for the next stage.
