Our 2-year Graduate Program: Is a permanent offer of employment Provides a strong support network (Grads, Managers, Grad Support Team, Career Coach and Buddy) Over 90% of Grad roles rotate within our diverse business Most roles offer at least 1 elective rotation, where Grads nominate where they would like to gain experience within the business Offers tailored learning sessions specifically designed for Grads Unlocks access to Stockland’s wider Learning and Development opportunities Partnering Grads to our Senior Leaders, (a unique advantage of the Graduate Program) Includes support in securing the next best role after the Graduate Program This Role: Commencing in February 2026, as a Development Graduate, throughout your two years, you will rotate through Stockland’s Development departments to gain a broad overview of the function and its responsibility in ensuring the organisation's success. Your rotations will help you decide where you would like your next career step after the Graduate Program finishes. NSW, VIC & QLD You will have four, 6-month rotations where two are pre-determined across our asset classes and the other two rotations to be selected by you*. WA You will have four pre-determined 6-month rotations, 3 in Development across our asset classes and 1 in Acquisitions*. *Rotations are subject to change Responsibilities may include: Contribute to the project scope, design and delivery to achieve the project vision. Provide support to ensure the program, revenue and cost objectives are met. Support the delivery of programs to ensure forecast settlements are achieved. Monitor the market and competitor activity to maintain a competitive position. Participate in a team approach to maximise profitability, information exchange and business outcomes. Drive strong engagement with key stakeholder groups (including consultants, contractors and community groups/stakeholders) to achieve required outcomes in a manner that enhances the image and reputation of Stockland. What we’re looking for: Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand. Completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date (February 2026). We are excited to consider candidates who have studied Property related degrees, Architecture, Business, Commerce, Engineering & Town Planning but will also consider other related degree subjects.
