Early Education Holdings – Campbelltown NSW We are seeking a mid–senior level Brand Manager - someone who can shape brand strategy and also execute it, bringing consistency, identity, and community engagement across our portfolio of early learning brands. This is an ideal role for a marketer who is confident working both strategically and hands‑on, and who enjoys partnering closely with centre leadership to drive family engagement and local community presence. This newly created role will build the brand foundations, set up processes and guidelines, drive lead generation initiatives, and over time have the ability to outsource or delegate executional tasks to support roles or external partners. The role offers a hybrid working model, with work‑from‑home as your primary base, occasional travel to centres across NSW and work from our Campbelltown team hub 1-2 times weekly. What You’ll Be Doing Working closely with the CEO, Centre Directors, Operations, and Support Office teams, you will take ownership of EEH’s multi‑brand presence and lead all brand and marketing activity across the group. This includes: Brand Strategy & Identity – Execute and refine a cohesive brand strategy across our childcare brands, establishing clear brand frameworks, guidelines, and scalable processes. Brand Refresh & Rebrand Projects – Lead end‑to‑end delivery of centre rebrand and refresh initiatives, ensuring alignment with EEH’s vision and values. Campaigns & Lead Generation – Plan, deliver, and optimise marketing and enrolment‑driving campaigns across digital, social, and local community channels to support occupancy growth. Content & Digital Presence – Oversee content development (web, social, email, brand assets), ensuring a consistent voice and strong storytelling that elevates our centres’ reputations. Community & Family Engagement – Build brand trust and awareness within local communities, working with centre teams to enhance visibility, partnerships, and engagement. Website & Advertising Management – Oversee website updates, manage paid advertising, and ensure our digital footprint reflects each brand’s identity and value proposition. Insights & Reporting – Analyse campaign performance, lead pipeline data, and market insights to inform decisions and guide continuous improvement. Collaboration & Leadership – Work cross‑functionally and manage external vendors; over time, provide direction and oversight of junior marketing support as the function grows. This is a highly visible role with direct influence over enrolments, centre reputation, and how our brands show up across NSW and QLD communities. Who We’re Looking For 5+ years marketing/brand experience with demonstrated capability in both strategy and execution Experience across multi‑site, multi‑brand or service‑based industries (childcare or care sectors highly regarded) Confident working autonomously and partnering with senior leaders A whole‑of‑business mindset - strong commercial awareness and practical thinking Strong digital capability including social media, CRM, website management and paid ad management Ability to manage external partners (designers, agencies, freelancers) Strong copywriting, content creation and communication skills Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and travelling to centres occasionally Passion for building meaningful community engagement and brand trust with families About Us Early Education Holdings (EEH) is a growing childcare group with 16 centres across NSW (11) and QLD (5), operating multiple centre brands supported by a warm, collaborative leadership team.
