Help shape the future with us With continued growth at RSGx, join us as the Construction Manager, bringing your extensive experience delivering large-scale major infrastructure, rail, or metro projects, specific to electrical delivery (Exposure with mechanical will be highly advantageous). As the Construction Manager working on large electrical and mechanical projects across NSW, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership to site teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage construction planning, and ensure RSGx meets its delivery, commercial, schedule and QHSE obligations. Construction Delivery – Lead all construction activities; ensure safe, efficient, quality delivery; manage sequencing, resources, and schedules. Planning & Coordination – Develop construction programs and staging plans; coordinate with partners, contractors, and utilities; ensure site readiness. Workforce & Subcontractor Management – Direct supervisors and field teams; oversee subcontractor performance; drive safety, quality, and productivity; support recruitment and onboarding. QHSE & Compliance – Embed safety culture; ensure compliance with client and RSGx frameworks; lead audits, investigations, and environmental controls. Commercial & Cost Control – Support claims, variations, and cost tracking; identify savings and efficiency opportunities; deliver accurate reporting. Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships; represent RSGx in coordination meetings and inspections; provide clear communication on progress and risks. Leadership & Culture – Foster high performance and collaboration; mentor teams; uphold RSGx values; champion innovation and continuous improvement. Personal QHSE Commitment – Demonstrate safety leadership; apply policies and procedures; complete documentation; engage staff on QHSE matters About You To thrive in this role, you’ll bring extensive construction leadership experience delivering large-scale major infrastructure, rail, or metro projects, specific to mechanical and electrical delivery. You bring a strong understanding of construction methodologies, staging and sequencing, experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and sub-contractors, and work well under pressure navigating dynamic project conditions, alongside your excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, you will also bring: A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline or a trade background with extensive construction leadership experience considered. Proven knowledge of metro/rail, infrastructure, stations, tunnelling or M&E construction. Why Join Us?
