About the role This is a key delivery focused role within our Engineering group. You will guide delivery across several domain aligned technology teams, making sure that work moves smoothly from backlog entry all the way into production. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, the Transformation team, User Experience and Customer Experience, and a broad range of operational stakeholders. You will help shape requirements, drive clarity, support planning and sequencing, and embed iterative agile practices that improve quality, predictability and team engagement. This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on analysis, facilitation and coaching. You will also be a central contributor to our shift towards new ways of working. What you'll do? Lead delivery across our domain aligned engineering teams Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritise backlogs Run agile ceremonies and foster strong discipline in iterative delivery Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and shape solutions Collaborate with User Experience and Customer Experience to ensure solutions reflect the full client journey Work with the Transformation team to align schedules and support program outcomes Remove blockers and manage dependencies What will you bring? You bring experience in leading delivery within agile environments along with a deep understanding of modern delivery practices. You enjoy working with people and guiding them towards better ways of working. You have strong analytical capability, excellent facilitation skills and a confident approach to stakeholder engagement. You communicate clearly, think systematically and remain adaptable when navigating change. You have experience delivering complex outcomes within technology teams and you take pride in helping teams work with clarity, focus and momentum. What next?
