We sell, service, repair and offer customised solutions for equipment that supports a diverse range of clientele in the Ballarat and surrounding districts. We pride ourselves on a high quality of service and a can‑do attitude. We are seeking a Product Consultant to join our highly regarded team. This position is an exciting and positive role, assisting clients and their professional support to find solutions to maximise their mobility and independence. The satisfaction of working through an issue with your client and their professional and creating a great solution is a joy for all involved. There is nothing better than enhancing someone’s independence and mobility. The role involves many off‑site trials, trials in store and promotion of product to residences, supported accommodation and health services within the regional area of Ballarat and the Greater Western District. Package includes a phone, tablet and laptop with flexible working conditions readily available. We will be offering the right applicant the Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance if desired. Key Tasks Liaise with Allied Health Professional and clients to establish individual needs and offer creative and succinct solutions Research equipment options and prepare quotations Trial equipment to establish suitability and functionality Deliver, install and adjust equipment, as required NDIS and other Government Portal documentation What We Need A strong desire and passion to assist others. Experience in the provision of excellent customer service. Experience within the health field preferred but not essential. Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, particularly people with additional needs. Ability to undertake minor equipment adjustments. Full Driver’s Licence. The successful applicant will be required to complete an NDIS security worker check and have full up‑to‑date COVID and Influenza vaccination status.
