We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to Director of Paediatrics and Staff Specialists to join us in this critical role to provide high‑level administrative and secretarial support to the outreach and Wagga Wagga general paediatric clinic. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings for the Director and Staff Specialists Preparing committee agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials Handling incoming communications and ensuring timely responses and workflow continuity Providing secretariat support to meetings and acting as a key liaison across teams To find out more, please review the Position Description.
