About the Role As Senior Consultant, you will lead the scoping, design, and delivery of workforce projects where the content of work will be varied and include design of organizational structures, workforce planning, industry research, benchmarking, and leadership programs. This role offers autonomy, variety, and purpose, with the chance to own projects and build the business, while also influencing system-level change in this sector. You will : Manage and grow a portfolio of advisory projects from proposal to delivery and expansion. Partner with school leaders to develop workforce strategies and organisational plans. Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and product innovation. Collaborate across teams to integrate customer insights into new tools and technology platforms About You You will need to bring your experience in workforce strategy and design and organisational change to this role. You come from a Organisational Development and / or psychology background, and ideally have some consulting and facilitation experience. You have experience working with concept through the design and facilitation of work. Some exposure to HR Technology platforms and metrics, reporting and analyse will be a valued skill in this role. You have excellent communication; attention to detail with this client cohort is essential. Flexible, agile, and comfortable in ambiguity. Knowledge of the education sector highly regarded.
