You will be required to work at both locations according to the business needs. As an Laundry Assistant you will provide quality laundry services for personal clothing that contribute to resident’s comfort, physical appearance and sense of self-esteem in accordance with the recommended processes for each garment andin compliance with the UA standards, Laundry Manual and Infection control Responsibilities Ensure residents have the clean, fresh clothes and linen they enjoyed at home You will make sure everything is labelled and stored correctly If you find a maintenance issue, you will flag or fix it. Organised and keen to serve, you appreciate and respond to resident needs by listening and communicating well, whilst ensuring resident privacy and dignity is always maintained. About you You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.
