SafetyLink is a fast-growing manufacturing company in Thornton. We design and manufacture a large range of height safety equipment for distribution globally. Recently we merged with Delta Plus, Europe’s largest Personal Protective Equipment company, bringing many new opportunities. We are currently seeking a qualified Marketing Manager with demonstrable experience in small to medium enterprise marketing. As a Marketing Manager you will play a key role in raising awareness across Australia of SafetyLink and Delta’s extensive Product Range. We’re after a team player who can build and lead a marketing team that initiates and develops exciting concepts and professional results. Duties will include: Reporting to the General Manager and dotted line to the Sales Manager; key responsibilities include: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of work. Recruit and manage a team of Marketing Assistants to deliver key strategies. Content management for the company website and relevant landing pages. Manage social media accounts including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, creating weekly social media content to increase brand awareness. Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and other visual assets. Create graphics for digital platforms such as websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Follow branding guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials. Liaise with management and colleagues on projects from start to finish. Product photography and product image editing. Maintain a digital asset library to organise and manage design files. Manage Google My Business and Google review ratings by contacting customers and sending out emails via Mailchimp. The Ideal candidate will have: Excellent copywriting/written communication skills (including spelling, grammar, editing and proofing). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience with product photo editing. Experience with WordPress platform. 3+ years of industry experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently, producing on-time deliveries of design. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to multitask and work independently.
