You’ll support residents with clinical needs, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, person‑focused environment. What You’ll Do Deliver safe, person‑centred nursing care in line with National Competency Standards Support Registered Nurses and supervise Carers as required Maintain accurate documentation and care records Promote independence, dignity and choice for residents Ensure infection control and Work Health & Safety compliance Participate in continuous professional development and team activities Desired Skills and Experience What We’re Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a flexible, team‑focused environment Positive outlook and commitment to high‑quality care Understanding of ageing and dementia care Essential Requirements Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA Qualification from an accredited institution in Nursing Current CPR certificate National Police Check Pre‑employment medical assessment Sundale Benefits Above‑Award wage rates Access to a generous not-for-profit salary packaging programme for all team members. $15,900 per year tax free. 12.5% Superannuation Employee Benefits at major retailers.
