Responsibilities Relevant project experience with Splunk ITSI in the following areas Onboarding of new services into Splunk ITSI including service decomposition and associated testing. Assist with ITSI documentation and knowledge-based articles. Development and maintenance of Splunk ITSI dashboarding solutions. Experience working under pressure with close attention to detail, organising priorities and meeting deadlines. Ability to Build and maintain relationships with Service Partners, key business areas, and technical teams. Relevant BAU experience with Splunk ITSI in the following areas User configuration, and continuous improvement of Splunk ITSI. Development and maintenance of Splunk ITSI dashboarding solutions. Adds, moves, and changes for existing Splunk ITSI services Proven self-starter with ability to operate effectively in a large and geographically dispersed enterprise ICT environment. Experience in developing and maintaining Splunk ISTI for an Enterprise Operations Centre, or similar NOC, SOC. Experience in developing Splunk ITSI integrations with Service Now Required Skills Splunk ITSI expertise including onboarding, service decomposition, testing, and dashboard development Experience with ITSI in Enterprise Operations Centre/NOC or SOC Experience developing ITSI integrations with ServiceNow #J-18808-Ljbffr
