About Independent Living Disability Services ILDS is a values-driven NDIS provider delivering complex care, community access, and personalised support services. Position Overview This is a dual-focus senior leadership role responsible for: Service Delivery & Operational Oversight Business Development & Participant Growth Key Responsibilities Escalate and manage service-related issues or risks Conduct site visits to ensure consistent quality of care Ensure adherence to NDIS Practice Standards and internal policies Review documentation, medication logs, incident reports, and support plans Lead incident management and implement corrective actions Maintain audit readiness and risk mitigation protocols Manage and support a multidisciplinary team (Case Managers, Team Leaders, Support Workers) Conduct performance reviews and guide professional development Lead and performance-manage the BDM function Set weekly referral and conversion targets Build and maintain strategic relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, hospitals, and referral networks Roster utilisation and attendance Participant occupancy and satisfaction Required 5+ years of leadership experience in disability/NDIS services (SIL experience preferred) Deep understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and audit frameworks Proven team management and mentoring capabilities Experience overseeing referral or intake growth initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
