Global Talent Acquisition Partner - Product Certification @ BSI Group Position: Product Certification Auditor (Benchmark) Location: Australia (Sydney or Melbourne) Job Type: Hybrid with travel required for on‑site audit delivery Compensation: 96,000 - 120,000 AUD + Bonus + Package Job Overview BSI is a world‑renowned organization offering certification, auditing, and training services. We seek a Product Certification Auditor to conduct third‑party product certification audits across varied manufacturing areas, ensuring compliance with BSI’s rigorous Benchmark schemes. Key Responsibilities Conduct 3rd‑party product certification audits across PPE, construction/building products, and plumbing products. Deliver audits remotely and in person at client sites; travel within Australia required. Support clients through the assessment process to achieve certification to Benchmark and other product testing specifications. Prepare audit reports, present findings, and recommend actions, including re‑issue or withdrawal of certificates in line with BSI policy. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product regulations and BSI policy, procedures, and prescribed time frames. Qualifications & Experience Professional experience in product manufacturing or a related environment, with a strong focus on quality management and compliance. Relevant qualifications in manufacturing, construction, or built‑environment subjects. Knowledge of ISO 9001; Lead Auditor qualification is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information to senior stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and ability to produce high‑quality audit reports at pace.
