Associate - Independent Financial Advice (Start ASAP)

Associate role supporting financial advice delivery at an independent firm focused on fixed fees and client-first service. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Managing the implementation of financial advice Assisting with preparing advice documents Conducting research related to financial planning Liaising with clients and performing administrative tasks Working closely with a senior associate and the practice principal About You What you'll need: Interest in financial planning and strong desire to develop Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to learn quickly Degree or current study in financial planning, finance, commerce, economics, business, or accounting preferred Australian permanent residency or citizenship Compensation & Benefits Salary package from $75,000 to $95,000 p.a. including superannuation, dependent on skills and experience Bonus 5 days of leave at the end of the year 2 days of wellness leave Birthday off Flexibility to work from home 1 day per week Fully paid trip to the FAAA Congress annually Early finish at 4 pm on Fridays Training & Development Support for tertiary education and practical learning Opportunity to learn the entire financial planning process from start to finish Career Progression Clear career path to a professional year and beyond Ongoing training and development opportunities How to Apply Send your CV and a short description of why you would be a good fit for the role.
