In the role of Associate, Business Engagement , you will join the People & Culture Team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Effective sourcing and selection of talent via effective sourcing channels (networks, referrals, talent pools, headhunting, LinkedIn, events, agency, advertising). Delivery of portfolio Talent Acquisition service for entry level to senior level roles which includes Candidate Experience, Hiring Manager Experience, Screening and Assessment tools, Internal Recruitment Experience. Providing Talent Acquisition SME Advisory to stakeholders to ensure NAB delivers on its commitments today and into the future. Providing pastoral care to First Nations colleagues and external candidates to ensure NAB delivers consistent and best practice support for retention and attraction. Lead project management activities, including risk management, milestone tracking and partnering with team on governance. Support and deliver First Nations TA strategies and toolkits that address the ambitions, challenges and hiring practices that drive an increase in First Nations hires for NAB. Partner with TA and stakeholders to deliver end to end First Nations recruitment services applying best practice methodologies. Delivery of First Nations Talent Acquisition service for group 1 – 5 roles which includes: Candidate Experience, Hiring Manager Experience, Screening and Assessment tools, Internal Recruitment Experience. High volume recruitment experience Individual recruitment (experienced hires) experience Career History in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment roles, within complex environments.
