Overview ESP Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and dedicated Warehouse Labourers and Container Unloaders to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who are physically fit, hardworking, and looking for casual shifts to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Preparing and processing orders Follow instructions and complete tasks independently Able to read pick slips and pack orders accurately Prepare and process orders in a timely and accurate manner Qualifications Availability for on call shifts in Hallam, Braeside, Dandenong South Prior experience in packing, scanning, and/or production environments Able to read pick slips and pack orders accurately Forklift license and experience would be a bonus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent work ethic and attitude Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling tasks Proven reliability and commitment (references required) Commitment to working to strict deadlines, OHS standards, and quality checks Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently Own PPE (steel-capped boots and hi-vis) What We Offer Supportive team environment Ongoing opportunities for reliable and committed workers Apply Now to join the ESP Recruitment team and start your next opportunity Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
