Role Details & Shifts We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Baggage Handlers to join our team based onsite at Melbourne Airport . This role offers full-time hours , with immediate starts, supporting peak airport operations. Full-time hours $38p/h + penalties + superannuation Immediate start required Morning Shift: 11-hour days, 5:00am starts , Monday-Friday Evening Shift: 5.5-hour shifts, 6:00pm starts , Monday-Friday What You'll Be Doing Sorting, loading, and unloading passenger baggage and freight Safely operating airport ground equipment (tugs, carts, etc.) Supporting efficient aircraft turnaround operations Assisting ground handling and airport operations teams Maintaining safe work practices in a fast-paced airport environment Requirements Must be available for an immediate start Must have a current Police Clearance Must have a valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in an outdoor environment Previous airport, warehouse, or manual handling experience is beneficial but not essential Why Work with Workfast?
