Take accountability for own and wider company performance. Person Specification Proven track record of success and commercial delivery. Experience managing in a workshop/warehouse environment. Focused on safety, compliance and quality standards. Track record of creating highly engaged, high‑performing teams. Resilient, self‑motivated, and skilled at influencing people at all levels. Team player who encourages cross‑site and regional collaboration. Successful in leading change and transformation activities. Strong internal and external network, using it to develop self, gain new insights and promote the Motorpoint brand. Skills Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to challenge and improve. Strong verbal and numerical analytical ability. Excellent communication skills to question, listen, interpret and explain concepts. Good MS Office proficiency. Qualification or experience in MOT Test station management (desirable but not essential). What is in it for you?
