YHA Brisbane City is a 380-bed property located in the heart of the city providing comfortable and affordable accommodation and experiences to groups and independent travellers from around the world. This modern property offers a range of private and co-living accommodation rooms as well as an onsite cafe, rooftop pool and bar, co-working space, and wellness centre. Our crew of approximately 50 team members pride themselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests and each other. Part Time Food and Beverage Attendant Based at our Brisbane property, this hands‑on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, happy and fast‑paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable, high-quality food and beverage experiences. What your duties will look like: Maintaining service area to food safety standards Support of the team with proactive and fun attitude to work What we are looking for: Demonstrated experience with a fast‑paced cafe, restaurant, bar or either hotel or retail food and beverage outlet (ie waiter, waitress, bar attendant, barista etc) Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day‑to‑day operations Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures, especially when it comes to safety Exceptional presentation and grooming Our Values Collaborate, listen and connect Care for people and planet What's in it for you?
