We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at The Cheesecake Shop Bendigo in Golden Square, Victoria. As a full-time Baker, you will play a vital role in creating delicious baked goods that delight our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. What you’ll be doing Preparing a variety of cakes, cheesecakes, and other deserts using high-quality ingredients and following recipes. Ensuring consistent quality, freshness, and presentation of all baked cakes. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Maintaining a clean and organised work station. Assisting and ordering of ingredients as needed. What we’re looking for Formal training or a recognised qualification in baking or culinary arts. Proven experience as a Baker, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods. Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for baking and a keen interest in food trends and industry developments. Punctual, responsible, and consistent attendance. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture. Valid Australian work visa acceptable for this position.
