Overview Federal Government Department seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst. Based in the Brisbane or Canberra office. This is a 12 month contract with Australian citizenship and security requirements (NV1 mandatory). Responsibilities Providing advice and guidance across the enterprise. Implementing security solutions and uplifting BAU work. Development of technical documentation. Investigation and reporting on cyber incidents. Providing guidance and technical information (SME). Working with external partners on project delivery. Supporting the business on cybersecurity / engineering. Assisting senior stakeholders through to IT support. Qualifications 5+ years in Security Assurance & Risk Analysis roles. Large enterprise or government experience. Background in both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Design and development of cyber security controls. NIST expertise and ideally certifications. CISSP, CISA or CRISC certifications. NV1 clearance is mandatory; if not, must be able to qualify for one. Role Details Contract type: Contract . Location: Canberra or Brisbane . Rate: up to $1300 per day based on skills and experience. Work arrangement: 2 days work from home .
