We currently have casual positions available inour Maddington facility. Continuous learning is key in our facility. We valuewell-educated staff with up-to-date skills, emphasizing completionof online modules to maintain compliance throughout employment. Aspermanent shifts arise, our casual pool receives priority forconversion opportunities, offering a pathway for growth within ourorganization. About you Your confidence in your ability to provide exceptional care toour residents will enable you to create a positive and welcomingenvironment for your team and residents. You will have excellentcommunication and interpersonal relationship building skills,supportive nature, and a passion for the aged care industry. The following experience and qualifications will see you tosuccess in this role: Certificate III/IV in Aged Care (desirable) Effective organisation and time management skills Able to work on your own but also as part of a biggerteam.
