Anaconda Warrnambool is on the lookout for a motivated and reliable team member to join our Warrnambool store working full time in despatch. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our store running smoothly — from receiving deliveries and managing stock flow to ensuring products are ready for our customers’ next big adventure. Vibrant team culture – work in an empowering and fun environment Generous discounts across all Spotlight Retail stores – enjoy across our multi-branded business Great Roster for work-life balance – flexibility to support study, hobbies, or school through our rotating fortnightly rosters Training & Growth- extensive in-store training for long-term career About the role : Receive goods from delivery trucks, at times using an electric walkie stacker Unpacking, checking, and moving products from boxes and pallets Assuring the accuracy of delivered goods and quantity from the warehouse Enter stock received into our inventory system Organise and improve product storage in the dock area Coordinate daily replenishing of stock from the dock to the shop floor Keep track of faulty goods & credits from suppliers What We Are Looking For: You’re detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and love working in a fast-paced environment. You’re a reliable team player who takes pride in getting things done. Warehousing or retail experience is a plus, and a forklift license will be highly regarded. Self-motivated team player with strong safety awareness Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable communicator Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines Warehousing/retail experience preferred Available Monday-Friday, including late shifts When you join our team, you will become part of the Spotlight Retail Group, which comprises of Anaconda, Spotlight and Harris Scarfe.
