This is a full‑time position, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute to the creation of our renowned specialty cakes and savoury goods. What you'll be doing Food Preparation and Cooking Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of dishes according to recipes and dietary requirements. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all meals. Adapt menus to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies. Menu Planning and Development Collaborate in designing menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences. Suggest seasonal specials and innovate new recipes. Manage portion sizes and costing to maximize profitability. Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Customer Service and Quality Control Respond to customer feedback and make adjustments to improve satisfaction. Work closely with front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor food quality and consistency during service hours. Cost Control and Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. What we're looking for Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Cook or Chef in a commercial kitchen environment, ideally within the hospitality or food production industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and baking techniques. Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
