Role Description Right at Home provides exceptional in-home care in the Kalgoorlie and Wheatbelt regions. We seek passionate, client-focused Personal Care Workers to join our team. Our staff treat clients with care and respect, working in a supportive environment that encourages growth and meaningful contribution. Our Mission: To improve the quality of life for those we serve. Responsibilities Provide personal care and support daily activities per the care plan. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to deliver tailored care, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition support. Identify and address care needs in partnership with the care team. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep to promote independence. Maintain accurate records and report concerns promptly. Support mobility and wound care under RN supervision. Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications (with at least 3 months validity). Reliable vehicle, insured, with a driver’s license. Recent Federal Police Clearance. Willingness to travel and flexible shifts. Empathy, good communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant legislation and safety protocols. Preferred Skills Understanding of person-centered care. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
