This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a fast-evolving, customer-focused energy retailer. As the driver of a growing portfolio of transformative initiatives, you will help Jacana deliver real value for both customers and the business, including: Digitise and streamline customer journeys to improve self-service and reduce effort. Transform how customers interact with us , including future omnichannel experiences. Strengthen core business and operational systems to improve reliability and scalability. Elevate enterprise data and insights reporting to enable informed organisation-wide decisions. Improve delivery capability and governance , to ensure investment shapes measurable outcomes. Working in close partnership with Customer Experience (CX), Product, Data and ICT leaders, you will champion business-led delivery that unlocks real customer and commercial outcomes. Your responsibilities span governance, benefits, vendor performance, program interdependencies, and delivery excellence, ensuring the organisation achieves the right results the right way. What success looks like in this role: Demonstrated experience in leading delivery of complex digital or business transformation initiatives. Strong financial, risk, and vendor management. Clear, influential communication to engage and inspire senior executives and cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in regulated, commercial, or Government-owned environments. A coaching mindset that fosters accountability and continuous improvement in delivery. Relevant project management accreditation will be highly regarded.
