Senior ATAR Teacher (Mathematical Methods / Specialist Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / English) Australia ATAR Master Academy is a specialised senior secondary training institution offering high-quality ATAR preparation programs for Year 11 and 12 students across Queensland. We are seeking experienced and passionate QCT‑registered teachers to join our 2026 teaching team in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This role involves delivering structured, small‑group ATAR classes designed to strengthen students’ conceptual understanding, correct common misconceptions, and prepare them for success in their Internal Assessments (IA) and External Assessments (EA). Responsibilities Deliver a weekly 3‑hour ATAR preparation class (2 hours structured teaching + 1 hour guided problem‑solving / Q&A). Teach in alignment with the QCAA syllabus and Year 12 ATAR assessment requirements. Provide clear explanations, model high‑quality problem‑solving techniques, and support students in understanding IA/EA expectations. Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional classroom environment. Collaborate with the program coordinator to ensure consistency and quality of instruction. Participate in occasional training or planning sessions as required. Qualifications Experience teaching Year 11–12 in one of the following subjects: Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or English (General). Strong understanding of ATAR Internal and External Assessments. Commitment to high‑quality teaching and student success. Why Join Us? $140 hourly rate (sessional contract).
