We’re Looking for an Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our Sydney Sustainability and Delivery team. At Stockland, we’re evolving our sustainability team to meet the future. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in a role that blends technical environmental expertise with strategic thinking and commercial delivery. Why this role matters We’re seeking someone with a broad understanding of environmental sustainability coupled with skills to operationalise and bring our ESG strategy to life. You’ll partner with sustainability team members and stakeholders across the business to embed environmental sustainability into major projects and bids, helping us deliver against ambitious ESG targets and create real value for our customers and communities. What You’ll Do Join Stockland’s Sustainability team and play a critical role in delivering our ESG Strategy and meeting SLT and Board commitments. As the Environmental Sustainability Manager , you’ll support and enable the business to bring our sustainability ambitions to life, embedding strategy into projects and operations, influencing major bids, and commercialising opportunities that create real value for our customers and communities. About You You’re passionate about sustainability and thrive in environments where you can make a meaningful impact. You’re looking for a role that offers strategic influence, operational delivery, and the chance to shape the future of sustainable property development. Experience & Skills That Count Strong understanding of environmental sustainability strategy and targets, and how to operationalise them. Experience in the property sector delivering sustainability outcomes. Proven ability to commercialise sustainability initiatives and build business cases. Project management and stakeholder engagement skills across complex environments. The Right Mindset Unrelenting passion to get things done and deliver results. Collaborative and influential, able to lead through ambiguity. Commercially minded with a focus on creating value for business and community.
