Responsibilities Be the primary interface with Turner & Townsend project management clients. Provide leadership and mentoring to the project management team and team leaders. Lead and manage large-scale projects as the key client interface. Develop working relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion. Manage the design process to achieve the client’s requirements and manage expectations. Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost savings measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc. Manage project safety and environmental requirements. Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting. Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track. Work directly with the line management team. Qualifications Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, architecture, or information technology. Qualifications in Project Management or equivalent knowledge and experience. At least 8 to 10 years of experience as an Associate Director or Director. Strong background in the delivery of consultancy services. Experience leading project management commissions for medium to large construction projects of medium to high complexity. Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as procurement routes, value management, and value engineering. People management experience, particularly in managing a project management team delivering a project. Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
