Lawyer or Associate - Workers' Compensation Join to apply for the Lawyer or Associate - Workers' Compensation role at Hall & Wilcox We have a new opportunity for an experienced workers' compensation lawyer or associate to join our rapidly growing insurance practice, based in our Darwin office. Role & Team Our Insurance WA team is a defendant insurance legal team, working across statutory insurance matters, including workers' compensation, recoveries and compulsory third‑party matters. Our Insurance WA team has approximately 90 people located across Darwin, Perth and Adelaide. This is a fantastic hands‑on role, with significant learning, development and progression opportunities, and the opportunity to work closely with interesting clients and alongside highly regarded partners and lawyers. About You Between 3 and 5 years of post-admission experience within workers' compensation Ideally you will have experience on the defendant side, however we will also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice A genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of our insurance practice in Darwin Clear, concise legal writing skills Strong attention to detail About Us Hall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
